On Friday February 10, 2017, Foxy Management — together with Alembic Community Development, Hebrew Home at Riverdale, NYC HPD, NYC HDC, TD Bank, Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Lendlease, SLCE Architects, and several elected officials — “broke ground” on the construction of 168 units of affordable senior housing. The housing tower will be constructed on top of an existing 55,000 sq. ft. community facility.
Special guests in attendance included NYC HPD Commissioner Maria Torres-Springer, NYC HDC Senior VP Anthony Richardson, NYC Councilman Rafael Salamanca, Jr., NYS Senator Ruben Diaz, Sr., and NYS Assembly Member Luis Sepulveda.
It was a great day for all, most importantly our community’s elderly.
